Joe Bilicki has been recruiting since 2000. He is in his 24th year of servicing the Commercial Interiors Construction Industry. For the last 22 years, he has focused entirely on working with companies and candidates nationally in a very narrowly niched sector of commercial construction. He has placed 500+ mid-to-executive-level candidates with subcontractors ranging from $0 to $500M in annual revenues.

Although the construction industry is experiencing an explosion of growth since coming out of the great recession of 2007-2008, the last 10 years have shown a lack of experienced, credible, educated, and skilled professionals to hire.
